Top 3 Reasons Why Marvel is better than DC:

The two big names when we talk about a superhero saga, Marvel and DC, have always been bitter competitors with almost the same concept. An innocent childhood debate about whether Marvel wins or DC has now turn into a full-fledged war. I am not saying that all of us here are die-hard Marvel fans, but one or the other way, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has done better than DC Extended Universe. While some might not agree to this, I, for one, side with Marvel.

Here are 5 reasons why Marvel has had all the luck on the big screen, with the fans, and even the critics seem to appreciate their work, while DC producers are left scratching their heads as their movies get mediocre reviews.

Better Crossovers

When talking about the trinity of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you know the backstory of each, their powers, their struggles, and their origin. Marvel weaved their stories in an order where their fans could relate with every character. By the time Avengers: Endgame was on board, each Marvel character had already been specified with their individual movies. On the other hand, the DC trinity needs to get out of the dark and ACTUALLY specify their characters. I personally liked the Arrow-verse as a solo venture, but when they try to bring all the characters together, it just doesn’t work out!

It’s the heroes who make Marvel, not the Villains

The first few characters to come into one’s mind when MCU is mentioned are Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, and Nick Fury. But is it the same with DC? I personally think they got an incredible line-up when it comes to the evil characters, be it Joker or Bane. All I am trying to say is that while Marvel depends on the permanent heroes and the good, positive characters, DC hypes their promotions depending on the Anti-DC characters. These are exceptional characters, and I do not doubt that. But when it comes to legendary superheroes, Marvel is way ahead.

Prominent Casting

As we have already mentioned legendary superheroes, I wouldn’t step back from saying, “DC are you done changing your batman”? If I am not wrong, I have already witnessed 5 different actors as Batman (Keaton, Kilmer, Clooney, Pattinson, and Affleck). And I don’t see a reason to change actors. While on the other hand, Marvel characters are constant from the first to the last movie. We know, which actor is playing which character. And if now DC fans are gonna rise and talk about their superstar, Gal Gardot! Let me tell you, MCU has got some very fine actors in name of Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, and Scarlett Johnson. Certainly the industry ruling names!

I could go on and on about stating facts as to why Marvel has been a bigger name. But I wouldn’t want to hide the fact that even DC has certain pros over Marvel. Yet it is a 60-40 win for Marvel for the amazing content they have delivered to the audience over the years.

Another reason to love Marvel is STAN LEE! DC got to miss that one now.
